Like a bridge over oiled water

I changed the bridge around. The old one was too grating.

The words to the bridge are similar to the old one, but it’s not in double time.

“You said out of sight would be out of mind/ that’s what you led us to believe / but we’ve come to find that what comes in with the tide – it doesn’t wash back out to sea”

Very nice… I love the 5/4 thing. What’s your equipment setup?
    Wow… that’s a pretty solo…
I agree with “Kim” above… I’m hearing some Petty. Cool background vox at the end. Nicely done!
Hey, BTW, how did you post your song the way you did? (With the little speaker and the arrow thingy.) That’s really cool, and I’d like to be able to do the same.
    Peace, Tim

Tim, thanks to for listening all the way to the end! I’m flattered that you like the solo – I’m really a terrible guitar player! My equipment setup is just a Macbook, my Strat, and Snowball USB microphone. That’s it. I use Garageband.

To get the little auto player, you need first upgrade and buy some server space on the site. It’s a super-cheap, one-time fee – 8G for $25, or something. Then you get a ‘media library’ option. You upload songs to it, and when you post from there it automatically inserts the HTML code for the player. Hope that helps.

And nice tunes. My dad got me a resonator slide guitar for Christmas a few years ago; I could never seem to learn to make it sound good.
